Eligibility for Exchange
- Shoes can be exchanged in case of sizing issues if you contact us within five days of delivery.
- Bags can be exchanged if a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery.
- To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Products purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for exchange.
- Please note that the colour of the physical product may vary slightly from what appears on your screen; exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with our policy.
Return and Exchange Process

- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
- If approved, we will initiate the replacement process.
- If the replacement item has a different price, the customer must pay the difference.
- Replacements will be processed and despatched within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Customers will bear the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of the product.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer cash refunds once an item is sold.
