Eligibility for Exchange
  • Shoes can be exchanged in case of sizing issues if you contact us within five days of delivery.
  • Bags can be exchanged if a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery.
  • To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition—unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Products purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • Please note that the colour of the physical product may vary slightly from what appears on your screen; exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with our policy.
Return and Exchange Process

  2. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
  3. If approved, we will initiate the replacement process.
  4. If the replacement item has a different price, the customer must pay the difference.
  5. Replacements will be processed and despatched within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  6. Customers will bear the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange of the product.
No Refund Policy
  • We do not offer cash refunds once an item is sold.
